Made a withdrawal request, approved but still not received. Not recommending this brokerage to anyone if you want your money to be safe, find a reliable broker. These guys are a cheat!!!

Amazing service and Reliable trading environment

The technology was top notch, but the customer support was crap and they kept me on hold for more 20 minutes and still didn’t solve my issue. Poor staff selection and management.

XM Forex has several drawbacks. Their trading tools and analytics are quite basic and don’t offer much in terms of advanced features. The withdrawal process is cumbersome and often takes longer than promised.
